Mother= alchoholic in denial last 20 years that has hijacked this family every way possible
Grandmother=use call on holidays(not sure why she didnt come, think she was invited) and say she was going kill herself
Stepmom= Extreme rightwinged regilous freak that I swear must be bipolar, she's even mean to things she touchs(way she slams and bangs things around)
Brothers fianacee= Likes alot of attention, if she dont have ten people around her constantly she not happy

Honestly what are peoples moms, aunts, nieces, etc like? I have visions of sitting by a fireplace and having quiet intelligent conversation for holidays. I hate to class all of one sex as one but I love to see "normal" female rolemodel.
Im so not looking forward to holidays, if there's not trouble, the females will make some just so they have something to complaint about..

My Mom=My Hero. A cancer survivor who also happened to be a single parent, holding down a full time job and took care of my sis and I. She's got some anger in her still from some things that happened in the past, but over all, she's the strongest, most caring and compassionate woman I know.

My Sis=There's nothing wrong with my sister, only that she's as flakey and seemingly lost as every 21 year old I know

I don't mean to alarm you but you have dogs on your face
Mother -- "love her" yet hate her. She may seem like a normal person, but she can be very emotionally childish and quite cold. She's caused a lot of problems in our family (as others have), but she's perfectly okay with putting the blame on others and telling them it might be a good idea to seek therapy (not necessarily me), while throwing a fucking tantrum when someone justifiably points the finger at her. She likes to think she's a very open-minded person, but I think she's a closet close-minded person in a lot of subtle ways that she wouldn't admit to. It's hard to explain. She's also the type to really hold in her feelings and emotions a lot.

17 year old sister -- fucking drama queen. She can call me up and yack about her day/week literally for four or five minutes without me saying a word. Loves to turn anything she can into something she can complain about. It's like she gets bored if she doesn't have something or someone to bitch about. I think she gets that from my dad, actually. She's had a LOT of issues in the past, though, and she is a good person. In some ways she's a lot more mature than the average 17 year old, and in a lot of ways she gives herself way too much credit for her maturity. Very unlike my mom, she has no problem expressing her feelings and emotions. It can be obnoxious at times, but in the long run in that respect she's much more emotionally healthy than my mom.

15 year old sister -- going through her "WhatEVurrr" phase, and it's really annoying. Very superficial person. Extremely spoiled by my mom.

Grandma on mom's side -- dead, but was a very outgoing, nice and social person, although stubborn in a lot of ways, until she died a month ago at 87

Other grandma and aunts -- don't really know them well enough to say, honestly.
