Why have you been procrastinating? The class is frustrating in its uselessness and I'm pretending to protest (by harming my grade). That, and some writer's block and a hitch in my story that I'm really stuck on. Also, I just have other more interesting and benefitial classes to worry about, and other outside film projects I'm working on.

Why have you been procrastinating? I really don't like The Bluest Eye. I don't think that Toni Morrison is a very good author, and I haven't liked her other books. It is indeed shocking what transpires, but it's very rigid and disjointed. Half of it is a novel and the other half is interpretive character study... fine for someone who isn't writing a novel, but guess what Morrison's doing today?
