My gf is gone for a few more days, so I decided to cook my favorite meal
I'm not an asshole, she just doesnt like it :p
. It's pretty simple to make, not really that expensive and pretty quick to cook too.

It is skirt steak and spicy shrimp with corn tortillas warmed up with some romano cheese(not in the picture)

Code:
For the steak, use basic salt and pepper or an all in one spice, just sizzle some fresh ground garlic
in olive oil and then cook on medium heat until fully cooked, then bring to high heat to "burn" it a little bit (a must). This helps bring the flavor out.

The shrimp either use olive oil or butter then add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp of black pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of thyme or rosemary and some fresh ground garlic or 1/4 tsp of garlic and 1tbs of lemon juice powder and let the shrimps cooks(with the lid on,
this is important or they will dry up and wont pick up the flavor), moving them every now and then.

Corn tortilla, just grab some romano cheese either fresh or ground and put it on top of the tortilla and heat it on a skillet until warm.

Add a nice wine or a nice big glass of cold water and you got yourself a pretty prettyyy preeeeeetttyyyy good meal and cheap too! And please dont ruin the meal with something like Coke or some other crappy beverage!!!

So what are you eating tonight and how easy it is to make it?

I ate decidedly unhealthy and took "advantage" of the Domino's large pizza deal for $5.99. Sausage and pepperoni.

In related news, tomorrow's lunch will be sausage and pepperoni pizza.

I had a great ham and cheese sandwich. It consisted of Italian everything bread, Boar's Head maple glazed honey ham with horseradish white cheese with mayonnaise, horseradish sauce and deli mustard. Also, side of creamy cole slaw. Great freaking sandwich. I really loved that Italian everything bread too. Gotta get another loaf of that.

It was obviously very easy to make. No real cooking involved unless you count my choice of condiments. I make a damn good deli sandwich. Maybe it's my quarter Jewish background or whatever, I dunno.

OP meal looks and sounds great too!

I taste the egg in mine which makes it even more awesome.

Do you use a lot of eggs and do you beat them before pouring them in? Imma try doing it, see if I can taste it by making it at the house instead of buying.

i had a bowl of frosted mini wheats

Hey, there's nothing wrong with a nice bowl of cereal for dinner, fruity pebbles is my go to food when I dont want to cook lol

A brunette. Oh and spaghetti + cheese ravioli..

Okay, here's the exact brands I've used for my very awesome sandwich tonight. Seriously, you gotta check out that Boar's Head brand horseradish cheese. You should be able to find it in the deli section at Smith's if said grocery store is in your city.

I think I may have seen that brand at a local supermarket but I'm not entirely sure. I'll definitely look for it when I go later this week, thx

Roasting a turkey. Likely going to add mashed potatoes and gravy, some veggies and baby spinach to the meal at some point.

This close to thanksgiving? You're cray cray!

I had sushi with my girlfriend; it consisted of salmon and jalapeño rolls, spicy tuna rolls, and spicy California rolls.

Cheesesteaks. Sirloin sliced thin, combined with gruyere and smoked bacon gouda, with bell and hot peppers. It's a gaming sorta night.

I had tofu tacos with zucchini and mozzarella and some chips and salsa on the side. Not bad, just could've had a bit more flavor in the tofu. I'm not super big on tofu I guess, but I don't mind it.

Some good meals going on tonight! Most of it sounds enticing.

but this... this... Sir, how dare you ruin the sanctity of tacos with such an unholy mixture of ingredients?!?!?! I condemn your taste palate to eternal hell!!!

I ate at a local Mexican place, had a steak Chimichanga, rice and beans, plus a giant fucking Dos Equis. Now I'm playing the fuck outta my PS4. Life is good.

Forgive me sir. It was the only cheese I had left, and the only sort of filling. I plan to atone for my sins post-haste by slow-cooking some pork and having pulled-pork tacos.

Son, you have seen the light, your soul may still have hope with the heavenly taste of pulled pork!
