Yep pretty much any "brown sauce" that you'll find at a Chinese restaurant will have an oyster sauce base to it. Oyster sauce and a touch of sesame oil will make any stir fry taste amazing.
one of my main means is a broccoli soup. i heat up broccoli florets, some northern beans, some lima beans, some potatoes, and mix it all in cream of chicken soup. sooooo good.

Back OT, I enjoyed Gordon ramsays simple broccoli soup, boil broccoli, season, blend broc after and use the water you boiled the broc in to get constancy you want. Goats cheese with walnut on top at the bottom of bowl, pour, mix and enjoy.
