And some hour long song my friend sent me by some guy on the interweb named Bowzer. It starts out with a Family Guy quote then it's like an hour of techno. Crazy.

The first four I just started listening to, the last one I'm getting back into. In conclusion, Vauxhall & I is amazing. Bad Moon Rising is for the curious Sonic Youth fan, and Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain is a 90's indie rock essential.

Lots of random stuff from the following bands...

Built to Spill (guitar gods are these guys.)
British Sea Power (more guitar-driven goodness. Such a great album...)
Rainer Maria (whoa...I like this. Emo/indie pop that's pretty catchy and sometimes beautiful.)
Feist (pretty and laid back. Loving it.)
Interpol (mostly "The Specialist". Still want to hear the new album.)
Jim Guthrie (just "Time is a Force"...great song.)
Jawbreaker (ehhhh...g/f put them on a mix for me and they're okay but I'm not really feeling the angst.)
Stars (Set Yourself On Fire...great album and one of my favourites this year.)

Moving Units -- Dangerous Dreams
Futureheads -- s/t
Smoosh -- She Like Electric
Stars -- Set Yourself on Fire
Neko Case -- The Tigers Have Spoken

Sorry, not cool enough for CD covers....

Awake: The best of live.
Live: The Distance to Here
Live: V
Live: Birds of Pray
(yes, I have them on a random loop)
Sevendust... anything of theirs.
Pantera. Far Beyond Driven
