The codebreaker simply has the most codes, but Codemaster (Who makes the majority of the codes) is becoming a really greedy bastard (or pelican is not paying him shit) by requiring you pay to request codes, or get custom codes by anybody who who has the equipment. Thankfully there are other forums (codemasters-project.net) that you can get codes from.
