I need help identifying something. There's this big bump on the lower inside corner of my right nostril. It hurts like a bitch to touch and it ITCHES. If I run my tounge under it I can feel it through my lip and even that hurts. Has anyone ever had anything like this? Any idea what it could be? I would try to skewer or pop it. But I'm too pussy to burst a pimple and this bitch HURTS like hell to even a slight touch.

Does it have a white puss bubble. If so it's just a pimple. Wash is with soap till it pops then put a cotton swab with alcihol on it. Then after it stops pussing and bleeding don't touch it till the little scab comes off.
