I just bought the Monty Python and the Holy Grail Collector's Edition, and the discs are a bitch and a half to get out! I'm so scared that one of them is going to snap in half.

What can I do to remedy the situation? Is there a way I can evenly wear down the middle binding?

Are you pressing down in the center?

Yeah, the best method I've come up with so far is pressing in the center and twisiting as I pull. There's still some struggle though, and I don't want to have to twist and bend the disc so much every time I want to watch it.

I get the dvd out once... burn it, put it away forever then used the burned copy...
