Being thin without muscles and not fat isn't enough healthier?

Sometimes you need to lift shit dude.

I live alone so I'm always moving heavy ass shit by my lonesome.

Also it just looks better, and is healthier for you.

You wanna know that if you ever need to fend for yourself in a fist fight or something that the other dude wont just break you in half.

Chicks dig it and men respect it
Those are both awesome things to aspire towards

But isn't the less payed and worst jobs? 😁
And the more payed are that ones you use brain skills and not the muscles?
Not really, I know plumbers, electrical workers and construction workers that need a decent amount of strength and skill that make much more money than your regular every day job that use more of your brains .

As an adult, it's surprising the situations you'll find yourself in where you'll wish you had more physical strength. Usually it involves moving heavy things, as in an actual move (yours or a friend's) or in doing some home improvement or (real example) someone's tree topples over in a storm and you go over to help chainsaw it up and haul the limbs away.

Dont wanna get ur as$ beat in a fight either. I mean. If u have a very tight knit group one of y'all can be a musclebound enforcer and one of u can be a nerdy skinny egghead. But lonewolfs need both so they can't maximize their potential on either side they have to be more well rounded.

The idea that being skinny with no muscle is healthier than having muscle is absolutely absurd OP
I mean not sick skinny :D
but i never went to the gym,i don't run or walk for "health stuff"
And i do a poor job...i work in a factory and my coworkers makes always jokes becouse i can't lift things or use the strength like them, but i use lifters, someone have invented them becouse we are in 2020 not in the middle ages.. 😂

It's a double edged sword of course, you will get asked a lot more too. It's fine though, I can take it.

I work a crappy office job, so I've made exercise a priority to not end up like so many of my blobbish coworkers

At the end of the day though, it sounds like you've answered your own question. Dont you want your coworkers to stop making wisecracks? Do you like having to resort to lifters?

If you dont, that's fine too, but it's never bad to improve yourself.

Godspeed sir

Or you will be for living a lifestyle with no rigorous physical activity.
My job was just the opposite being in the food industry with daily deliveries and 2 very large orders weekly , I remember putting away thousands of pounds of inventory in place and rotating stock all by hand and then having to work 12+ hour shifts on your feet all day.

Cause I couldn't enjoy half my hobbies without them. Even gardening would suck without having the muscles to use the tiller or carry fertilizer and such.

I have a work where i need a strong hand grip and general strenght, bodybuilding helped with that.

of course to counter that i'm not a flexible ballerina anymore.

But i'm not nearly as buff as some other gaffers so i strike a good balance.
