What frightens you more than anything else?

Gonna have to go with waking up in a room full of wasps, particularly if I'm in a bed and there's hundreds of them under the sheets in addition to the thousands crawling and buzzing around me. So... wasps!

EDIT: As far as practical fears go: kidney stones

Being buried alive fucking terrifies me to the point that I might ask in my will or something to be stabbed in the heart to be sure that I am dead.
or instead of murdering you they can do another medical checkup

No one remembering who or what I was within 100 years of my death, like 99.99% of all people that have ever lived on earth.

Fucking Greek culture class in college introducing the idea Kleos onto me...

I have an unnatural fear of things in dark, deep water. To die from something underwater in some deep, murky lake would probably be my worst fear.

Anything supernatural scares me to death. Not being able to stop something from just terrorizing you or frightening you has to be the worst. At least with serial killers you have a chance to stop them, but demons? You're screwed.
This is especially true with possessed little girls in nightgowns. Nothing worse than that. They're not innocent, they're lifeless abominations that will eat your soul and scare the hell out of you with their lifeless, hateful eyes.
This is why I don't see many scary movies.

Deep dark water. My worst dreams are of me being stranded in the middle of some giant pool of water, being unable to see more than a few feet below water, and watching the gigantic murky shadows glide below me, watching me.
