(what I learned in south beach)

you know what I found out Miami Beach is full of crazy people

last week I saw something that was out of this world on the beach

It was 4:30 am

I was standing outside my hotel having a beer with some friends

I was a guy across the street wearing a white bed sheet like a cape
I said hey look at superman

one of my friends said superman is not black who is that?

then Superman turned around and faced the front of a surf shop

doing something that looked-like peeing

I said damn superman is peeing right there

he was peeing and singing something

then one of the guys I was with said did you see that?

He is NOT PEEING!!!

Something fell out of the leg of his shorts and went plop on the side walk

then followed by another

Superman was taking a shit right there on the side walk of 9th street

then he stood over what he did for about 40 minutes
someone walked by him and not paying attenting stepped and his foot slid forward almost falling back on the whole pile

... SOuth Beach is strange...

this also was a true story

PS... no more topics about my other problems in Miami please

I got use to seeing people coming out of the clubs on south beach and peeing on every palm tree now

it sure stinks here in the morning
but the city does hose the whole side walk down around 5am

Hehe, homeless people take dumps in the wierdest places. One day, we were just driving along Biscayne Blvd and passed a random building, and this guy walks around the corner, pulls down his pants and pinches a loaf. This is like prison shitting, the guy just stooped down and splat, a big log. This happend in the span of like 15 seconds as we drove by. Fucking strange as hell. There are a lot of bums on the beach, but they stay fairly well hidden most of the time.

You should make sure to check out Coconut Grove before you leave. Actually, Ft. Lauderdale isn't bad at night if you like a young crowd. It's Broward, so it's a different group of people than Miami. Not sure how to describe it, but you'll see if you go. Riverwalk in Ft. Lauderdale, on Las Olas Blvd I think. Otherwise, Cocowalk down in the grove is pretty cool. Restaurants and shops, with some bars and outdoor performances and stuff. I like Flavor there. Good bar/club. There are some other good ones, but also some fucking corny ones too.

On the beach, if you've checked Lincoln Rd (pedestrian mall) and Washington/Collins/Ocean, then I don't really know. I like the Clevelander as a place to start off the night. Sometimes they have these hottied dancing out on the pool. Fucking sweet. There are some hidden places too. This place called The Rooftop, or something like that. It's on a roof, and it's really cool and kinda private b/c I don't think many people know it exists. The beach is too expensive though. I don't really do the mainstream beach clubs much. Anyplace that charges cover isn't worth my time. Do yourself a favor and check: http://www.cooljunkie.com/miami/ and click the link on the "Event Listings" link on the right. You can get passwords and sign up for guest lists there, and that'll get you to a lot of cool places for free. Worth a look, even if you're leaving this weekend. There's something going every night. Oh yeah, Miami has its quirks, but I love it. My only complaint is there's no way to make real money here, and property prices are blowing up. That's the only reason I'd ever leave. This place is too much fun otherwise. PEACE.
