What is Blizzard working on now?

Tried WoW that day and I loved it so I've installed Warcraft 3, and its an awesome game, playing it through again just for the story, I think I might borrow Frozen Throne when I'm done..

anyway, that got me interested in what Blizzard is working on atm beside WoW's expansion and StarCraft: Ghost...

their website doesn't state anything else other than those two games!! is that it? how big is Blizzard btw?

Well, one would presume Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3, but neither has been announced. And i think Blizzard is pretty big. I know they have more thn one development studio as they have Blizzard North.

Well shit they could still be working on starcraft ghost. :lol I should have been playing that on my xbox about 2 years ago. Didnt even bother looking at it at E3

Not any more - they closed down what was left of North and moved them into Blizzard proper. They do have an external console studio, though (formerly Swingin' Ape).

But in China they charge much less, and a lot of their subscribers come from there. I read somewhere that they pull in at least an estimated 30 million a month from WoW.

While we're on the topic though, it's pretty darn awesome that they bought up Swinging Ape. Under Blizzards guidance, SA will deliver most likely, and there's plenty on money for Blizzard to make on the console front.

Close, they actually made all the versions. And I agree they have potential for some cool next-gen stuff once they finally get SC: Ghost out of the door.

EDIT: Even closer, I think they designed the game for XBox and GC, and someone else ported it to PS2. But SA was the main developer.

You can't really blame Swinging Ape for taking their time, they were essentially handed a half finished unsatisfactory game when Niliftis (or however you spell it) did the bail out.

Definatly for the best though. I doubt they game will be bad, I mean Blizzard bought up Swinging Ape for crying out loud.

Really I'm looking forward to what they do after SC: Ghost, even if it turns out to be a SC: Ghost 2 (because THAT would be a game that would be able to take advantage of the power behind the 360 and PS3 to make one awesome game). I mean who are we kidding, the power behind the consoles has probably been one of the main hurtles in really realizing SC: Ghost.
