Starscream for sure, but there are a lot of cool names: Megatron, Optimus Prime, Devastator...

Optimus Prime is the greatest (and my fav) but Soundwave superior.
However for the rest at their best:
Jazz is the coolest followed up by Blaster.
Ironhide is the best curmudgeon uncle with a heart of gold.
Wheeljack is why you have an approval process.
Hot Rod is proof that cool people do stupid things.
1986 Movie Megatron and Galvatron are them at their best and why he got shit done. But overall Megatron was better.
Starscream has most fun to watch personality.
Unicron in planet mode is the most terrifying (to me at least, still the occasional nightmare after 35 years).
As an aside:
Anyone else collect 3rd Party figures aside myself? Particularly Legends figures from NewAge, Magic Square, Iron Factory, etc?
