Since I like alot of jrpgs I usually pre-order them just to ensure I get a copy. I usually order a collectors edition and a normal version. The latest was Trails Beyond the Horizon.
What platforms do you get them on usually? I am the same, some times I will get a physical collector's edition for Switch and then maybe a digital copy on steam since it plays better on PC
I... don't remember. I don't even remember the last game I bought on release day. I used to be super day 1, but decided no, I would rather support my wallet first. Not some dev.
At full price, ghost of Yotei. Most of my preorders now are steam key sites at a discount.
Edit: actually I got Yotei a week later used. Forgot I was hating on sucker punch and that mentally ill bitch. So my last preorder I think was Hell Is Us at like ~$35
It was Starfield. Coincidentally, I was able to take a shit earlier this week and it was the first one since Bethesda pegged me that did not include traces of blood. That's how bad it hurt.
