For some reason, last night, I just started thinking about a movie a saw a long time ago. And now it's bugging the shit out of me, for I don't know it's title. All I remember is that Charlie Sheen, who is a firefighter, lives next to this family, and the kid flew a toy plane through his window. And then he like, stalks them, and moves their furniture around. I also think that there was a scene where two cops find a dead body and a dog kills one of them. But I'm not sure about that one.

Any ideas? It's really bugging me for some reason.
