A couple of facts before we get started:
1. Australia's road are craptacular.
2. They let even blind people drive here.

This guys is always going about 25 kmph(~15mph) over the speed limit on average. He has a hbit of going 200kmph(~120mph) in a 120kmph(80mph) zone. He just cant stop, he loves the speed and has a habit of doing it when he is angry. He also crashed at 200kmph(~120mph) and got out without a single scratch, the fucker thinks he is invincible now.

What should i do?

Beat him up and tell him to stop while using extreme prejudice and lots of vulgar words.

Seriously. He's a moron, and you must show him that.

What was he drivnig and what did he crash into?
He's pretty lucky to have crashed at 200km\h and walk away with minor injuries, i've seen fatal crashes at a much lower speed.
Does he ever get busted by the cops? I'm actually paranoid of speeding because i can't afford the fines... and there's no leway here only you can only go 3km\h over the posted speed limit.

tell your friend to go out on the Nullabor and Stuart Hwys, or infact any other hwy with no speed limits in the outback if he wants to go fast...

Thats really not that fast. If he starts going over 150mph on tires not rated for that speed then you might want to worry....but not that much.

Its not the speed limit because people cant handle it, it is the speed limit because there are absolute retards on the roads here in Australia, and the roads flat out suck.

He crashed straight into a guard rail after he swerved a crazy taxi that went in front of him out of nowhere.

this makes me so angry

fucking dickheads like your mate - it's the other people that are killed as a result of reckless driving that i worry about. a friend of mine spent 3 months in hospital with 2 broken legs, a broken hip, shoulder, and fractured skull (and internal bleeding in her brain) cos some fuckwit drove through a stop sign and we smashed straight into his car. she now has metal plates in her head. it makes it even worse that he does it when he's angry. it's basically like going 'fuck you all, i'm angry (oh, woe is me) and i don't give a shit if i endanger your lives'.

eugh.
tell him to smarten the fuck up.

That's going through a stop sign.
Not speeding. He could have been doing 150 mph all day and it wouldn't have mattered if he'd stopped.
As an habitual speeder (banned once, constant fight to keep license) I have little to say really. My wife hates speeding, I love it, though I've calmed down from my 160 MPH FTO bust of shame.
I know it's wrong, which is why I stopped doing it on four wheels. Two wheels however, you're only gambling with yourself.

Monk, tell him to get a motorbike.

just tell him how much of a idiot he is. no matter how good a driver he is, and you said he's already crashed once, next time could kill himself, or worse someone else.

hmmm, sounds like he's going more than 25kmph over.

He shouldn't have been playing the PS2 version... *rimshot*

But really, what can you do for someone who doesn't listen to reason?

yeah, bad example.
i think i was just generalising people being careless on the road. and if he was in a situation where he had to stop suddenly ( for whatever reason - someone pulling out, a kid going onto the road or something) the difference between say, 80km/h and 200km/h would be unbelievable. and i think if you're in a car, sharing the road with other drivers, you have a responsibility and obligation not to drive like a fuckwit.
