AniMagic isn't too bad if you have each one of the animation's frames saved as seperate images. You could also use Image Ready from Adobe (typically bundled with Photoshop).
Cyperlink Power DVD is good for captures. Also check out GOM Player. It's korean and thus it's hard to use at first (because of the korean menus) but it's a good program and once you fool around with it you'll figure out what most menus do.
