As someone who doesn't find most of the sitcoms "laughing out loud" funny, I gotta say that Seinfeld managed to actually get me laughing out loud from time to time. But I have to give the cake to Gaki No Tsukai, which is a Japanese variety show couple of brilliant comedians.

Garth Marenghi's Darkplace. I fucking love that show, even though it's only 6 episodes. Everything about it is just brilliant.

The original Tick (2001) was genius too. I also like Trailer Park Boys, It's always sunny... and Blackadder very much.

Simpsons (early), Seinfeld, arrested development (pre Netflix).
There are shows I perhaps find funnier in certain times of my life, but the jokes in those shows are written so well that they have remained funny no matter how many times I have seen them or how different I am as a person. Always Sunny is also worth a mention, but it is much harsher in it's comedy and that doesn't always last as well.

Best sitcom for me is Peep Show.

Funny is subjective and an individual’s experience will change over time and with subsequent viewings. Peep Show holds up as entertaining even after dozens of complete viewings.

My man. Peep Show is so rewatchable. Other two favourites are It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Seinfield
