So guys, I tried day 1 of classic. I was fucked half way through. I couldn't do any damn pushups and I realized that there's no place in my house for a damn pull up bar or the resistance band pull ups, but I may be able to make a way. So the problem is pushups.. I can't seem to do more than 2 or 3... what the heck do I do?
The program was Chest and back.
