When I was a kid, it seems like every place served the same chicken strip. They were thin, flat, and wide breast meat, thinly breaded. Not great, but always pretty good and good for dipping. Now I can't find them anywhere.
All the brands I can seem to find now are chunky clumps of nasty too-thick breading with some chicken and ligaments inside. Tyson chicken type stuff. Always too much breading.
Do you have a go to brand or have any idea where to get the old style?
