About a year or two ago, if you had asked me about Weezer, I would've said something like "Buddy Holly's the only song of theirs I like." But after listening through Pinkerton for the...100th time in the past month or so, I listen to all their other records and it all just "clicks."

I don't know how to explain Weezer's draw. But they definitely have/had a particular sound that makes them special for many people.

Weezer's "Pinkerton" is an essential to any fan of rock and roll music. An amazing album. Truly amazing.

Pinkerton sucks compared to their other albums. Sadly my copy of the Blue album is still in some rental van roaming Hawaii

Make sure to take your CDs out when you drive a rental, folks!
