And i can't find it anywhere in my country (Greece). I can only find second hand ones and some on Amazon but i read these are fake?

No, bluetooth is not the same. This is the only thing that works properly. I already have one but i need another for my friend.

Seriously, without this thing, XBOX controllers are useless.

Didn't everything become Bluetooth?
I don't know did they?

I tried a few times to connect it via bluetooth. And it completely sucks compared to the dongle. Unstable, more input lag, random disconnects, i had to re-connect it manually after a restart, etc. I never had such issues with the dongle, maybe one random disconnect ever 2 or 3 months.

I think from 2016 onwards new xbox controllers got bluetooth so this device kind of became obsolete. People stopped buying it and so most places stopped selling it.

A lot of people do have bluetooth issues in general but you might be able to fix that with a reliable high gain bluetooth dongle. The xbox dongles though have sort of been discontinued and xbox doesn't officially sell them as far as I know.

Yeah, but the concept is exactly the same as this Xbox dongle, dedicated frequency for no interference. Same goes for all the gaming headsets (I'm using wired anyway).

Bluetooth's frequency isn't dedicated, it uses frequency-hopping to find the least interference. The proprietary xbox wireless protocol works in the exact same frequency range (2.4-2.48GHz).

Where have you been? Since the Xbox One S, all Xbox controllers have been Bluetooth.
Maybe it time to get a better Bluetooth adaptor ?
