and how do they act in real life?

I dont mean just meeting at e3 i mean actually hanging out on weekends playing games and stuff.

Azih: The man is a total pimp, seems like he has a diffrent girl on his arm everyday. He started off as a crazy Nbot but eventually i turned him into an xbot. Has awesome fashion sense with his mass collection of video game shirts. BAstard was also the one who intrduced me to the Wheel of time series.


Neo_zx: Knows everything about PC crap. Into some 12 year old pop star named BOA. Has good taste in movies and knows all the best asian places in Toronto to eat. Decent at Street fighter games and RPGS.


Shadowmancer: Total Nbot but a cool dude interms of books.


Gokujin20: lost this one to FFXI :(

Well, I guess he's an ex-GAFer now, but jinx and I are coworkers. He's quite intelligent, and I'm sorry to see him leave the forum. Hopefully he can relax for a while and return as a normal poster.

I also see Argyle from time to time. I think his forum and real life personalities are pretty similar - he's a relaxed guy who loves videogames.

I've met a few others, but don't see them regularly.

I used to hang out with Alyssa. She is pretty much the same in real life as she is on the board.

Scratch that she is probably wilder in real life than she is here. But, she is cool really intouch with her feelings and all that hippie, peace, love, God shit.

WhiteMan and terrene: I work with 'em and lunch regularly with them. They understand the importance of discussing the most incredibly foul aspects of the internet in Bellevue's finest Asian restaurants.

I've met with Fragamemnon, Shouta, Kevin Cheung, blackace and kiryogi. All fine folks in person.

No, but my friend lurks a lot and I've tried to get him to just sign up. He says he tried but his email is banned. Then I explained to him that free emails are banned so he'll have to use the one his ISP gave him. I don't think he fully understands though.

I probably do know some people, but they don't know I'm a gaffer and I don't know they're a gaffer. I don't really talk about the interweb as much as some of you folks.

I hang out with Drinky. Ive met Marty Chinn, Oxygen/Element, Blackace, and some others. Whiteman lives nearby but he NEEDS A CAR KEEP SAVING!

I've been here since Al Gore invented the internet, and I haven't never met anybody (not has anybody I know jumped on). I'm beginning to think the whole thing is an elaborate AI and I'm the sucker.

There certainly are no GAFfers in Chicago.

i think a few people probably live pretty near me, i recall some gaffer lived around prospect park and williamsburg areas of brooklyn. not too far. never met up with anyone though.
