Mr Driller or Zoo keeper which are the same price (cheaper)

or Polarium for full price?

What is full price for Polarium?

The retail price for Polarium here is NZ$60 (I think -seen several non-game places have it at that price - don't know what Central Park are smoking).

shit really? EB is trying to take 80 bucks off me for it. where did you see it for 60 is that akl? I'd pay 60 probably.

Hmm, I haven't played Polarium, I thought that would be the cheapest of the three.

Zoo Keeper is the only of the three I have played, it will keep you going for a while, it's addictive as hell and if you have a buddy with a DS the multiplayer mode will provide a bit of fun. My G/F who doesn't play games that much plays it religiously, if that's any indicator of how enjoyable the game is.. :)

I would go with Polarium, then Zoo Keeper, than Mr. Driller.

I think the RRP for Polarium should be around the $50 mark, I know that's what it sells for here in Aus. (places like Target, K-Mart).

does zoo keeper have 1 cart multi?

I think I may try out polarium, I'll post some impressions too, why does the states not have this yet? Who made it? sounds like an interesting idea.

EDIT, where do you lot keep your DS games? I got a mad catz pack with it which had a hard case and some little plastic game cases, but I would lose those pretty quick if I was moving around much. Is there some kind of "gamewallet" for ds on the market?

I thought it was hated though due to missing modes/to short or something?

I have the japanese version that includes the missing mode, and its nothing special. The game is an excellent value with the other three modes. They got by far the most amount of my playtime.

You mean Dristone Mode? The mode with the multiple power-ups and the new rule set (you lose 1% air for each block you drill) that forces you to rethink the way you play Mr. Driller and actually adds some strategy to the whole thing? That's nothing special? You're obviously high.

Not to mention that Namco also removed the unlockable Moon stage in single player mode. It's a 2000m stage that features the power-ups from Dristone Mode. Lots of fun, and a nice way to rack up some big points to spend in the store.

AND they removed the single cart multiplay for the U.S. version.

JPN Mr. Driller DS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> US Mr. Driller DS

And Zoo Keeper is decent fun for a slightly expanded Flash game, but the multiplayer sucks. It's just too damn random to be fun competitively.

Polarium pretty much rules, though.

Bond and Bond has it for $60. I think K-mart and Dick Smith too. At any rate, since EB do the 7-day right of return...see if you can get it price matched.
