It’s a legal drug (at least in Canada) that comes from extract from some exotic plant in Mexico I believe. Basically, its an hallucinate drug that is VERY intense. You also only feel the high for about 20 minutes and the peak last for 5 minutes. I tried it once, a couple of weeks back, I entered into another dimension where I thought my life was literally in some other being thoughts and that I finally realized it then. Then out of nowhere a man with a bag appeared and put me inside of it and took me to this cartoon town where this funky music was playing. That was basically my peak, then I started recollecting where I really was (back seat of a friend’s car). Needless to say, this shit gets you fucked up.

Here’s more info about the experience that I took from a site:
Depending on dosage, the Salvia experience can vary from a subtle, just-off-baseline state to a full-blown psychedelic experience. At higher doses users report dramatic time distortion, vivid imagery, encounters with beings, travel to other places, planets or times, living years as the paint on a wall or experiencing the full life of another individual. Needless to say these can be extremely powerful experiences and should only be attempted with a sitter. While most people remain unmoving during the experience, some individuals will attempt to get up and walk around while in a completely dissociated state.

While sub-threshold effects are somewhat innocuous--leading some people to be cavalier in subsequent experiences--once full effects are achieved, many people find S. divinorum to be unpleasantly overwhelming and more scary than fun. As has been found with pharmaceutical kappa-opioid agonists, salvia is aversive for many who try it.

I got too high to keep going, so I guess that sorta wasted how high I could've gotten. Anyway I was holding the water bong and the stuff started really kicking in, I was toking for quite a long time, just I was going so slow because I'd keep forgetting what the hell I was doing. I guess my peak was when I got this crazy body high, I thought my face was on fire for a while, then I felt like I was freezing. Then I started to take another hit, and I thought the bong was a train, like in a subway, and I was the guy getting on the train, haha. The platform was sorta just floating in empty space, really crazy. So as I took the hit, the train approached. I didn't end up toking that time, I was just going way too crazy.

I also forgot where I was, I felt like we were a ship in the middle of the ocean even though we were just in a car between two houses in this alley type thing. What's worse is, I know the area normally, haha, man just nuts!

Fun to try like a one time thing.

Is this the stuff that looks like a black powder? I'm assuming so, the name sounds familiar.

I tried it once. It took a few to kick in, but once things started I seemed to feel like... I want to say "fourth-dimensional", because it seemed like everything was reverberating more and my body felt like it was pulsating. Any "good high" I would have gotten out of that was ruined because once it became evident that I was effected, all of my friends started yelling "TWEAK TWEAK TWEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK" over and over again; so as opposed to going and punching the loudest in the fucking face to shut him the fuck up I left the room and went to play R Type Final.

When playing, it felt like I had to struggle against myself to even do anything right. After the peak effects wore off I finally got back into the flow of things and stopped dying.

I really didn't like it at all and have no desire to try it again.

Is salvia legal?
Absolutely. Salvia is legal in the US and everywhere else in the world except Australia, where they have added it to the controlled substance list along with many other naturally occurring plants. The only other exception is Finland, where a proper doctors prescription is required.
Oh well, I probably would've been too chickenshit to try it anyway.

Wait, how is this legal? Just because it hasn't attracted enough attention to have something done about it?

Also, what health risks are there to taking it? Are there any documented long-term cases of users of the drug?

lol... I'm tempted to go straight for the 20x package. Am I going overboard?
:)

Nah, just dont smoke that much when you try it. The shop that I bought the stuff from said that 0.2 grams is good enough for 2 people to have a good trip.
