I don't hate Cam, but I don't like him all that much either. I'm a diehard Steelers fan, so I don't see the Panthers play much. But I remember a game a couple years ago. He was terrible. He had multiple turnovers, and put his team in bad spots over and over. At the end of the game, after they'd been blown out, he ran into the endzone. Of course out came the Superman ripping open his shirt thing.

I haven't cared much for the player since.

So Cam owes being a sore loser (he acknowledges he is one) and people still crush him.

I have no fucking idea what people want from him at this point. Like I said before, at least I know this is who he is, warts and all. I have no interest in a guy that "says all the right things" and is essentially a PR robot.

I gained more respect for Cam for not walking this shit back like most athletes do. Dude basically said, yeah I was salty and it is who I am. Deal with it.

I respect him not walking it back, not the behavior. The behavior is not what I would do but I respect him not having some fake "apology". If you're gonna act that way, own it.

By all means drop the canned answers and be genuine if you want but if what is gonna transpire subsequently is poor behavior, you don't get a pass in my mind just because your confident in doing so and stubborn at remaining as such.

But whatever. I'm just hoping my Saints can eventually do Brees right and give him a defense before he looks like Peyton out there. Cam and Co. are gonna make that hard though.

I don't like cam newton because I don't like arrogant punks who turn into insufferable, self entitled pricks the second something doesn't go their way. You cant show up in gold pants as the king of the world only to punk out like a pussy/give up when the games on the line or slink away from some tough questions.

On the other hand I love MJ, Schumacher, Tiger. These guys are killers, real bastards. not great sportsmen by any stretch but they didn't care about anything but winning.
