A question asked 1000000000000000000000000000000000 times but why are all good looking girls so fucking dumb!?!??!

We two were playing a sort of party game in team today with a bunch of other people,where you are stranded on the island and have build up your life in order to survive,so to tell the story short,the first thing we deceided to do was to find food and to build a hut,but then she demanded to build toilet and shower,i mean you are on fucking island,why would you want a shower AND a toilet!?!?(There was an abondened well on the island according to the card we received) I tried to explain it to her but she simply got mad saying i never take her into account,that was like something from some stupid cheap comedy,almost surreal.So we had to go out of the place to avoid future embrassement.This kind of shit is happening all the time,when i go to some music store with her,she constantly tells me how those cheap pop singers from casting shows have such a great a soul and a personality and that i am simply too numb to understand it,no matter what we are talking about, she allways reveals her stupidity and cluelessness,but she tries to argue all the time as if she was right,even if you confront her with facts she still doesnt agree.So am i the only unlucky soul struggling?She seriously looks good(your typical russian beauty) and i kind of got used to her.

My theory is that the good-looking ones, even the above average ones, follow the mainstream. They get attention from guys early on, and realize that their looks are effective at controlling men (and women too, not necessarily in a sexual sense), so they're less likely to focus on intelligence-boosting materials and activities. The first girl I went out with was pretty unattractive (I had no self confidence, at the time I honestly believed I couldn't date someone I fancied), but she was just like that. It drove me fucking mad.

And often, and I'm not saying this is universal, girls seem to argue from an emotional standpoint rather than a logical one. Men are the opposite. It can lead to so many clashes, neither side able to understand how the other could possibly be arguing what they are...I hate that shit.

I don't believe it, but it goes:

All women are dumb, ugly, or crazy. Dumb or ugly as noted above-- why study if you get all A's anyway? Or crazy, neurotic about something that drives them.

I happen to find my wife pretty hot, and she's smarter than me and not crazy, but it's a funny (if bitter) theory anyway.

Regrading the inital post-- it's sounds like she has different values than you do, not so much smarts as taste. 1) Didn't care about winning the game, clearly. 2) Likes vapid pop music. Not a crime, and certainly not a factor of intelligence. I know lots of very, very smart people with abysmal taste. 3) It sounds like she wants some sort of recognition from you more than anything, adn that you're more interested in being "right." Not good.

You are on to something there. And not only that but being "hot" takes a lot of work. Hair appointments, nail appointments, waxing, plucking, shopping for shoes, clothes, handbags. Don't even get me started on the evils of makeup, ick. Total waste of time and cash if you ask me. Any girl with a brain in her head dosen't want to be bothered with that. I'd rather spend my money on cool techie gadgets and shopping at fry's instead of going to the mall. Am I hot? Not even close. Im not really ugly either, pretty average I think. Average enough to where I dont't register on the radar of 99% of men. And you know what? Since Im smart (employed as an audio engineer) I don't give a fuck either. I make enough money to own a house and car so I don't need a man to take care of me. The rest will fall into place. (actually, it already has so no "OMGHi2u" kthnxbye)

I just look for cute and smart. Not OMG Hottie must UNF attractive, but just attractive to me. I can't deal with dumb girls. I have tried and I just couldn't keep with it. I need to be able to sit down at dinner and talk to them without getting a headache.
