Can anyone here from the press confirm that the Xbox 360 verison of Madden 2006 was playable at E3 or at the recent EA event? If yes will it really look this good?

Looks like Xbox... but the video quality is weak so who knows. By now they should have al kinds of Madden videos online as the PS2, Xbox and GCN vrsions of the game are shipping in what 3 weeks? Is the PSP version really going to be in late September?
Hope Madden 360 looks more like the TV spot than this Kevin Jones video... or I am a lot less excited about 360

did you read above? the video IS from xbox. madden 360 looks superior to the commercial you saw on tv, you'll see

doesn't sound like you want it to look good. sounds like you want it to look like the video so you can talk shit on madden and or xbox 360.
you see the shaun alexander shots above, and those were from a few months ago. bottom line is you will be "unimpressed" no matter what EA throws out because that's probably how you want to feel about things. but in the reality of the real world, the game will be the best looking sports game ever

I guess I just want EA to give us a gameplay teaser... I want new info on the Xbox 360 version as I hope it will bring new things to the engine and not simply be a far prettier verison of the exact same game we will be playing on PS2.

Do you think with all of the additions they put into this year's game, that they're going to launch a 360 version 3 months later that's completely different? All they have to do is make sure the gameplay is intact and the graphics will be what rakes in the sales. I don't think EA is going to hype Madden 360 until the current-gen version has been on store shelves for *at least* a month or two... Then you'll see it hyped like craaaaazy and many people will buy 2 copies of Madden from EA 
Are people going to hold off and not get Madden 06 next month for current gen, or will they buy it up again in 3 months? I mean - the fans already buy one copy every year - so I guess buying it twice isn't that different. Just seems like bad timing.
