You mistake pity for hate

Yup, obviously you get it. However it's going to take an outside source to show the light to TaySan TaySan that his malleable agreeableness is actually working against him and the cuases he believes he's supporting. Which is the point I'm trying to highlight.

So in order to find an neutral third party to demonstrate this the obvious goto was Youtube with a simple search "Why agreeable people are"

Well, For fucks sakes! All the top results are from Jordan Peterson. So Taysan has been told that's someone not to listen to so, "Not being agreeable is Alt Right". Anyway, fuck it I clicked on one anyway and watched it.

It's 4 1/2 minutes and makes the point that I am trying to make from a third party. The one of the best bits of advice I was told was "Stop being so nice". I reflected on this and as saw the value of it. That does not mean do the exact opposite and be an asshole, it just means standing up for yourself and not avoiding conflict.

In 4 1/2 minutes Taysan can get a life lesson or ignore it and carry on just as he is. But that's going to make no difference to me but maybe just one other person reading this post will watch it and get from it the same valuable life lesson I did (But not from this video, I got told this in real life).

I wouldn’t even frame it as “being nice”. I think being nice is tactfully telling someone they have parsley on their teeth rather than lying to them and yelling at anyone who tells the truth.
