Honestly does. It's a case of if happens or it doesn't, but man is Microsoft fucking incompetent.
Oof I just installed this like 2 days ago. No issues here so far but I miss the old Microsoft. You know, the competent one.

That's the crazyest thing... if you compare Windows 7 dev cycle with current Win11 state... yeah, MS looked more competent back there (im not neutral, i was a Win7 beta tester, so...)Competent one?

AI will be the QA, it's doing a great job!MS should really hire their QA people again...
Same.No issues here. What's going in with Microsoft man, they break stuff all the time
Found some video about what OP is talking about:

I use windows by choice mainly because it's a habit. I've gone Bazzite on my last 2 ROG Ally's including the Xbox Ally. Not going back on those. I need to continue to test my everyday needs.reminder to all there's plenty of folks here that have great gaming experience with Bazzite and CachyOS
I upgraded from 10 (which I already debloted) and I haven't had any issue with 11 (outside random performance issues and some visual bugs).
But yeah, debloat windows make miracles with this shit
Some anti-cheats work. Some will never be permitted by developers.what's the hold up with anticheat on Linux. I know it has to do with the kernel access which is a no go but there are a few games like cod/fortnite/ and more that are staples of gaming that will never work! We need a solution so windows can flat out die! Tired a few Linux builds and was happy with them but missing out on a few of my must haves!!
steam is drm, just use linux.Save us, Gabe. Release the Steam OS desktop version already!

Give me steam os. Cant wait to move over.
I had exactly the described problem a month ago after a win update.
I already have a ps5, but i dont play mp games there anymore. Since i dont pay for ps plus.A PS5 would be better for you if you play multiplayer games.
You can approach it either way. You can pre-create a bootable USB that basically won't install items that you (more likely a utility you would use) specify. Is debloat a separate iso or just steps you take to turn off services and shit?
Most IT teams will be pushing out updates after they've been tested by QA (the public)I wonder if there's the ground for a lawsuit, especially in the corporate environment
