Hello all,
I have a HP Omen laptop and when I boot into Windows and it brings you to the log in page where you put password or PIN, the keyboard on the laptop doesn't work. By that I mean ordinarily you can press any key / space bar / enter etc and it will take you to the password / PIN entry setting. If I click the mouse button its fine and the keyboard works fine to enter my password - so it is just this initial getting to that point.
CTRL, ALT & DEL works;
Pressing any SINGLE key doesn't do anything;
The keyboard is fine, it's not about using the virtual keyboard to then enter my password its just getting to that point;
I've tried uninstalling the keyboard driver;
I've plugged in a USB keyboard, same issue.
Any ideas? Thank you.
