I am currently using this theme but with a different background.

In the picture, though, the start menu is transparent, but on mine it is completely opaque. How do I change it to be like in the picture?

I'm pretty sure he's using a software/patch to get the transparency. I don't know what it's called, Sorry. You should ask around Belchfire.

I'm not 100% positive, but I think that's possible with WindowsFX from Stardock.
