This is probably my only real complaint about the series so far. Well, besides some obvious... things... but yeah the abuse of wide-angle shots is not very good.
Not that they're all bad. Like, the wide-angle framing for the entire Kaiki scene was in fact a really good idea.
Well there was like reason to do it like that for that sequence (although they overused it slightly even there), it clearly set up a power-dynamic between the two characters. The rest of the time it's just thoroughly pointless.
