Episode had like only two or three moments of epicness while the rest was kind of dull.
I hope it gets back on track, honestly have no clue where the plot has gone and is taking us anymore.

Why do we need to develop characters that would obviously die this episode? The explosion of the tower looked pretty dull, for some reason. Though the ending of the episode was devastating with the mom, she was actually pretty likeable.
I did like how Yuno had that voice change, I love when that happens to really unlikable characters and they change their voice and demeanor and get epic, reminded me of Fear in C3 for a moment. And Yuki for top dart thrower in all anime, that was cool although it missed

Bringing up the dad and family? why not just focus on taking out the other diary owners, seemed odd to involve domestic issues, on top of the Yuno factor

Yeah, I was honestly falling asleep during this episode. It's funny because I'm always complaining about the lack of development and stuff, and here we are getting some back story for Hijikata and I just don't care.
Yeah, ive felt this way about the last few eps. The arc's been a bore.

The ending was one of the weaker parts of the show. It was acceptable, but not particularly satisfying, and a number of loose threads are simply left dangling. If you weren't into the first half you probably wouldn't like the rest, but the back half of the show does shift gears into a bigger story with more philosophical musing. If that sounds appealing to you then give the last half a shot.
Now that we've got you and Envelope vying for the spot there is only one way to sort this out. Swimsuit competition.
Visually it's awesome but I found the story and characters to be rather underdeveloped.
At least it's better than Howl's.

We can always force some junior to take on the mantle.
I really enjoyed the show so I would say finish it. The last few episodes really pick up speed and are worth seeing. But just do the opposite of what darksaide says.
