In addition to the stuff Narag posted earlier (of which I've read some and will finish reading when I've finished this), I felt like the major difference between the Agency and both the Mafia and Guild is that the Agency recognizes the inherent value human beings, gifted and unngifted, possess, even as characters like Atsushi and Kyouka struggle to even grasp the concept given their respective pasts, while for the Port there two, you are strictly as valuable as your and your gifts contributions to these organizations.

So it seems rather fitting that the Agency was specifically created for the abilities of a person the isn't even gifted in the first place in Rampo. And it could go a long way in explaining the Agency's treatment of its members and everybody else as more than disposable tools.

I'll add that there was one thing that was hard for me to process until I looked at the manga was the Port Mafia's feelings towards the city. When Atsushi is falling from Moby Dick in episode 20, he sees the Port Mafia in the streets fighting back. In the manga, it's stated that it's an order from Mori. This is absent from the anime which instead includes a shot of the Port Mafia circled around those survivors unaffected by Q. The boss' orders are important since Mori took over the Port Mafia to prevent exactly this sort of chaos from happening. They're definitely the show's antagonists but I think there's concern for the welfare of the city beyond obvious business reasons.

Atsushi's character arc is becoming rather compelling. The transformed use of the orphanage flashbacks that were hammered into the early episodes of the show during Atsushi's hallucinations in this episode was a rather effective touch, as was Dazai trying to slap some sense into him afterwards.

Oh yeah, and I was happy to see Dazai's backstory sequence explicitly come back towards the end.

I suspect the people most upset about Yuri on Ice's performance, like the people over in the OT thread, would prefer some battle shounen like My Hero Academia or Jojo get the top nod.

I know it's been getting hate because it's been winning more than it's fair share of awards but I decided to finally see why people love it so much. After a couple episodes I'm really digging it, it's more comedic than I thought it would be but there's certainly a good foundation for something really good here. Also, I know I'm 2 episodes in but why was Yuri picked as best boy over Victor? Seems crazy to me. Also that OP is pretty dope.

What a great end to a great story arc of intrigue and tragedy. Odasaku and Dasai were such well built up characters during these episodes. 91 Days have got nothing on this show. This is the mafia story that should have gotten into everyone's radar.

Sweetness and Lightning 7-12 -END-

I think overall I ended up disappointed in this series. While it was certainly adorable and Tsumugi's VA especially was absolutely spot-on in this role, it didn't really go anywhere beyond the occasional 'dad learned a thing today' role, the food photography was kind of mediocre and all too often it just meandered from thing to thing and, oh yeah, the food was tasty, oishii. Tsumugi's Mum didn't really come up even in the last episode and it just kind of ended. I guess I finished it to finish it.
