I do wonder what the post-game stuff is going to look like if the loot is toned down. Nioh could be played for hundreds of hours.

Its not necessary. But 2 is more systems on top of an already complex game. They're both good but 2 is the best. You might be overwhelmed in part 2 trying to learn ki pulses, stance changes, demon form, the new demon counter move, monster abilities.

Nioh's loot system returns, with random equipment drops of varying rarity, and multiple variations of the same piece of equipment.

Hmm, it somehow contradicts earlier interviews. Maybe loot drops just not that extensive like in Nioh, but the system itself is present.
