Hmm. I'll wait to see how the final cut of Serenity turns out before expressing my reservations about Whedon directing Wonder Woman (though it does seem like too much of an easy pick, as if the producers said, "Get Whedon--the feminist fangirls like him, so they'll go to the movie if his name is on it, even if the screenplay consists of Wonder Woman reading her grocery list").

Even if it's just another episode of Firefly I can't imagine any fan of the show being disappointed/feeling cheated with Serenity (not that I've seen it yet)

The uber femme episodes of buffy were marti noxified. Not entirely Joss, tho he supports the ideals.

Truth however is that Joss likes to go for the pain, so this wont be very camp. He's come a lonnnng way since the first buffy movie.
