Wonder Woman - First look

Looks promising.

Still need to see more, of course. Something with Gadot delivering... y'know... dialogue would be great.

I think my favorite shot was probably the one of her smirking at Bruce, but the stuff from her movie has extremely nice cinematography, and the director's comments are definitely what I want to be hearing.
 
It's worth repeating that they're literally in the middle of filming right now, I'm shocked they showed any footage at all, much less that amount. So I wouldn't freak out about the color-timing just yet - the movie's over a year away and there's a good chance it's not final.

I was hoping they'd delve into more of the greek/mythical aspects but this seems grounded. Gadot looks fantastic though. I think Jenkins can deliver, I'll be there opening weekend.

edit: Then again, zero cgi is done for this movie so who knows. I'm surprised we got shots at all.
 
I can't really be bothered with DC characters...but at least they are trying to make it interesting. Wonder Woman is pretty generic.
 
Dudes no movie goes into post production WHILE filming, after one month of photography.

This doesn't reperesent the movie in any way besides wardrobe.

I think that was just for the trailer, I hope.

I definitely agree with everyone here that it needs more color, but I doubt there has even been much of if any color correction done yet.

They've only recently cast Hippolyta, so it's not very likely any filming has taken place on Themyscira or of the mythical elements just yet

those men were also born in "Man's World" and Diana has never worn clothing like that so yeah, the scene fits.

well we can always complain about something.
this thread already has it all. Gadot not buff enough, she doesn't talk, desaturated look, etc,etc.
 
I'm going to be optimistic. I had my doubts about MCU Captain America and he became my favorite character of the movie universe. Plus as pointed out, the movie has been in production for only a couple weeks, odds are there's only half hour of movie footage shot.
 
As long as Gal Gadot isn't boring and generic and is actually ENTERTAINING to see as Wonder Woman then I'm on board.

All I need is two things: Charming + powerful in combat = a good time.
