Well guys, when I was young I used to make fun of my dad because he snacked more than he sat down to an actual meal.
My sister pointed out to me today that I have become my dad. 😲

When I denied it, she pointed out that my console in my truck has a box full of Milk Duds, a half a bag of chili cheese Fritos, and a lot of Little Debbie oatmeal pies and my recliner has Pringles and six tupperware bowls full of Skittles and M & M's beside it... I had to concede. 😆

I may have to start going to snackers anonymous meetings. I have admitted it so I have the first step licked.

What about you, GAF? Any lifelong snackers?

As a stoner, snacking comes with the territory.

So I try to not buy junk food for the most part when I'm out shopping and I try to only eat more or less healthy home cooked food.

Crackers are my go to or were my go to snack of choice. I recently noticed that I feel a lot better if I don't eat wheat products.

I love wheat products. Especially beer.

I also enjoy Jelly Belly's, salty nuts, corn chips with cheese dip and/or salsa and nachos, potato chips, popcorn when I feel like making it (no microwave popcorn for this guy), cheese and various meats arranged on a platter with maybe some olives...

I'm convinced that snacking is actually the main reason why so many people are fat these days.

That said, I stopped snacking years ago and haven't had issues with my weight since. Lunch and Dinner, that's it.
 
As a single guy, I kept very little around in the way of snackable foods knowing I'd crush everything in sight given the chance.

Nowadays, living with my girlfriend, she keeps all sorts of shitty snacks stocked at all times and not surprisingly, I've ballooned into a fat fuck. Good times.

I met my current wife several years ago and she said one "let's do a keto diet", so we did, and since then I have a very low tolerance for snacks
 
First of all I need a bigger car to fit all of those snacks into it.

Second, and most important: Did you pay for all of these snacks yourself? Who´s food is it? We KNOW you!
 
Yup! I tend to snack throughout the day and eat smaller meals, rather than big meals. Always have been, though, never really had a huge appetite at mealtimes, even as a kid.
 
It's weird tying your identity to what you do. I'm more of an exister because I exist but I do sometimes snack while existing. I like snacking on pickled pigs feet.
 
I do but only healthy snacks like a handful of pistachios and macadamias in between meals. I'm doing intermittent fasting and lost 4kgs since last month. Another 4 more kilos to reach my ideal weight.

I packed on the pounds since I got into a car accident and broke my arm last year.
 
Moderate casual snacking.

My favorites are Cheetos + Classic Doritos. With Dr. Pepper.

On my coffee table I also always have a small bag of Fuzzy Peach and Sour Patch Kids.
I guess those qualify as candy 🤔
 
I love snacks in all shapes and forms, but I don't keep them at home. If I have it I eat it and then I can go days without any. But I'm trying to focus more on proper food as my body can't deal with the sudden sugar spikes during the day.
 
Try not to snack due to being diabetic. Don't want me legs falling off. Tend to go for those flaming hot twisted Cheetos or the chilli heatwave Doritos if I have anything.
 
Snack on healthier stuff like fruits, olives, dried fruits, mixed nuts, lentil chips, and occasionally some black licorice
 
I snack too much. I've cut way back, but it's probably still too much. I used to get anxiety if I didn't have anything to munch on before bed but I don't feel that anymore. I guess that's progress.

Yeah, it's a really bad method to deal with restlessnes and boredom. I learned that eating meals with plenty of protein and with slow carbs help me remain calmer during the day.

With that said, if we'd talk about midnight snacks in the shape of sandwiches or pickles from the jar then that's one of life's greatest pleasures.
 
Snacking on popcorn and candy during a movie is fine at the theater, but snacking at home or anywhere else I can't do it, snacking ruins real meals is what I think, that's my approach to snacking.

Respect dude. Takes a lot of effort to look like that.

It does, but it's also the highlight of my day(gyming) so that helps. Gotta make it as routine as brushing your teeth for it to stick for the long term. The diet part sucks but I still enjoy a lot of delicious food. The weekly box of donuts is slowing me down lately lol!
 
I care about my body and physical progress through fitness, so that's a no from me dawg.

I am control of myself.
