hmm, you're about right. however, the difference is in their second albums - 7m3's was great while creed's was bleh.ToxicAdam said:It's about as good as SevenMaryThree's first CD.
Is that a compliment? I'm not sure.

pnjtony said:...I remember when I first heard about Creed. mind you I was a punk rock/ska kid and it was what, like 1998 or 99? See it used to be easy for punker kids to spot each other cause we were the ONLY ones with peircings and spikes and shit like that.

Yeah, cause you want to rely on mass media outlets to define or accurately describe sub-cultureshXc_thugg said:What the fuck is a punker? I thought that was a word that teen magazines used when they were talking about punks.
Error Macro said:I liked the songs "My Own Prison" and "What's This Life For" when I heard them in what, 1997? And then I liked that part from the song "Higher" from their next album, that little part during the chorus that goes "dunh-dee-dun-dee-diddle-dee" on the guitar.
wtf, I was listening to the samples on Amazon, and the song "What If" sounds exactly like Stone Temple Pilots circa Core.
iced lightning said:please don't mention stp and creed in the same sentence ever again.
Error Macro said:I know, I know, but seriously, check out the clip of that song and tell me they weren't totally ripping off of STP:

I was being sarcastic, but whatever.Diablos said:Ummm...
I'm gonna assume he liked to get really high and listen to metal music.
He probably is trying to say he's shocked that he didn't die doing a ton of drugs and rocking out.

Warm Machine said:Nickelback have lots of good songs, especially from their second record "The State" There are hardly any solid rock bands out there with very hooky thick guitars like they have. I do think their range is pretty limited though, I'd love to see them take a few risks.
Creed has a few good songs but their overall sound is extremely flat and monotone making everything they do sound similar and pretty generic.
you were in 5th grade when this album came out?
