I am fairly certain that you at least going to have different Store id, so there bound to be some issues. Because at payed terms, it cannot be Smart Delivery for example.

Sounds like it'll be a mess, I hope they can fix it somehow but I'll halt my playthrough for now. This isn't No Man's Sky where every new playthrough after an update almost feels like you're playing a new game.
