Been living in a housee for a decade and now I gots to find housing or I'm going to be living in the library. Reading the classifieds it lists 1 Bedroom apartments and Bachelor Pad's. WTF is the difference?

Anyways is there is specific definition for a bachelor's pad. I've been googling and all I come up with is "how to makeover your bachelor pad" - usually so that girls will have sex with you.

Is a BP just a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, den. IE 4 rooms? Or does can it mean a really small apartment. Bathroom + Bedroom?

Sorry, I don't think I've ever heard the term "bachelor pad" used to describe the physical attributes of an apartment or housing type.

I've lived in one. It's fine so long as it really is just you (a couple would be ok, couldn't have taken it with a roommate though), some I've seen even have those beds you can fold up into the wall.
