Yeah, because making it a dynamic animation means it needs to look like the animated equivalent of liquid shit. There's no impact, no flow between the animation frames, and it looks nothing like how Goldberg did it. But hey, haters gonna hate.

Again a lot better in non gif form. there are tons of other spears in the game and they are pretty awesome. And hell, I love No Mercy but look at that rock bottom gif from NM is a lot more offensive
