guess you never played the two versions,
they were different in every way, modes intro all was different. It wasnt cross gen aka portz

I played AC assflags on ps4/ps3 it was the same exact game

COD ghosts also, same exact game
Destiny same exact game now

VC will enhance the quality of yukes work thats for sure, dont expect to have the same exact experince no way

2K on ps4/xbox one willBlow away the old gen ones in every aspect, 2K wants that NBA2k14 blow away bobo vader away feel, "feel it".

What the fuck lol. I think a more effective use of their resources would be to not release a last gen version if they wanted people to move to next gen.
 
I forgave some of the glitches and nonsense in 2K14 because it had great customization options and the best roster I've ever seen. But there are MANY things bugging me with 2K15.

1. Options Removed

Let's pretend for a moment that 2K really did remove options because of the transition to next gen. Why did they remove something like custom soundtracks, then? What does that even have to do with transitioning? Why did they remove all the custom entrance options but KEPT the phone call entrance as an option? The argument sounds like horse shit.

2. The Season Pass...Isn't

They advertise a season pass. Okay. But, guess what? The WCW pack and a few others are separate. Isn't the whole point of a season pass to get all the DLC?

3. Re-skin

They've been advertising new features, okay. Yet from the gameplay videos the game looks EXACTLY the same. Not to mention the NXT mode is literally a re-skin of the Beat The Streak mode from 2K14, down to the very same menu layout and look. Heck, even the main menu looks exactly the same minus a picture swap of Rock to Cena. Oh, my mistake: the color is also different. /facepalm.gif

4. Roster Cuts

Awful. I bought 2K14 precisely because of the roster.

I am willing to bet that they delayed the next gen version deliberately to get people to purchase the current one. Of course its a conspiracy theory but I really would not be surprised if it were true. Everything about the way this game has been presented looks shady and deceitful. I already haven't cared about wrestling for years, if they lose my interest in a sale they're not going to get it back at any point.
 
I cancelled my PS4 hulkamania edition pre-order today. Felt good.

The thing with me, I would have bought this game and would have been at least content if it had all the advanced CAW options, the story creator with hopefully some new scenes to choose from, and the create an arena/create a title stuff that 2K14 had. The gameplay would most likely still be terrible, but those features are enough for me to overlook it.

But if they're removing those features, all you really have to buy the game for is the gameplay, which has always been awful and probably always will be. I don't get it.

If by some miracle the PS4 version has all the features I'm hoping for, I'll get it but it'll definitely be when the price goes down or used. No way I'm going to reward them for the shady shit they've been pulling with their twitter and media plan.
 
In slight defense of the season pass, it is being titled the Showcase Season Pass, so you just get the showcase DLC. Its horseshit, but at least they're not pretending it has the other DLC in it.

I've said it before, I'm fine with features being removed for one year for the current gen versions, as long as the gameplay made up for it. Cutting features put of last gen is just shitty, because there's no reason to. Hell, I supported the great graphics downgrade of 2011 because I thought accommodating new physics and interruptable moves was well worth it.... Unfortunatly, the gameplay still sucked balls.
 
Guys, my uncle works for 2K and he said they worked really really hard on the 360/PS3 version of the game and you guys should stop being so mean.

I think a lot of those features you want are still in. Save the story creator which has been axed in favour of the new Universe story stuff. They really could have had both. Advanced CAW is still in AFAIK.

The entrance cuts are disappointing. I wasn't expecting custom entrance music for obvious reasons.
 
Hey All the impressions I've read of the career is a cut down CAW. I hope it was just the footage, but I doubt it somehow. With the lack of entrances and entrance music, it does get rid of half the only fun I had with 2k14,which was downloading a shitton of CAWs and running universe mode.

Career mode might make up for it though, especially with match ratings. At least I'm not spending a penny on it this year, small things...

They could just lock Cena's face to a constant smile and no one would mind. His face looked constantly surprised in 2k14 too. Just scan his face as it looks. Please.

Skate is like the cool glitchy game that entertains you.
And WWE is the busted glitchy game that doesn't make you angry, just disappointed. WWE even botches glitching.

I fucking laugh whenever I see this shit. Gamefaqs is infested with this line of thought. Oh those poor developers, we should stop being so mean, they really try their hardest. It's not like they're charging full price year after year for a turdier turd than the one that came before.
