Waiting for the current gen version but damn no wonder they have released no real gameplay footage it looks like there is slowdown in ring entrances so man what's it going to be like with 6 people in the ring! !!

Everything they've shown instills no confidence in the final product. We get entrance videos finally and the framerate dips to what seems like 10fps during Daniel Bryan's entrance and now this clip from Smackdown is shown with off colors on the belt, janky animations like stuttering during Kane's chokeslam and slow down(I hope the slow during the first move is intentional.) The crowd, ref, and Cole and Lawler all look horrible. Look at Ziggler's hair. It doesn't even move during the match.

The PS3 version of 2k15 is worse in pretty much every way to the previous versions. Bug eyed wrestlers, cut create a wrestler stuff, slowdown, freezing animation, spliced audio that cuts in and out at different volumes, some with audible background noise like a fan blowing, horrible ai that is worse than any of the games before it.
 
Been playing the 2k showcase on 360. Same janky game, but I am having fun with it. The whole Punk/Cena/HHH/Nash story line is still terrible a few years later

Noticed that when you "change" characters during a story thing, the announcers don't adjust, was switched to Punk and the commentators thought I was Cena lol
 
I gave up playing this game on PS3. Trying to use Adrian Neville against Bo Dallas when the computer makes you fucking teleport into move animations by the computer is ridiculous. Everytime you get ahead it comes back and starts doing this shit. Also Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn's running square move is broken so I assume it is for everyone. It only connects with the opponent like 10% of the time and makes you fall to the ground in a vulnerable position.
 
 
Nah, I can't enjoy a game if it's worse than its predecessor. The 2011-2k14 are only really fun in local multiplayer when the physics engines go batshit.
 
Dolph Ziggler was down in the corner, teleported up and had me in the fameasser before I could do anything. They keep bending like they are in the matrix out of my move animations and keep hitting me.

This is PS4 footage. I have the PS3 version I rented. The crowd and models are from PS4. Its funny that you can easily confuse the 2 though due to how crappy it looks.

Bray Wyatt gets up immediately after being hit with any running move. Hit him with 6 dropkicks in a row and he got up immediately after each even though he was in red. Objective says not to use finisher and then make him submit. His legs are in red so I hit a leg submission. Breaking point meter is almost to the end to make them tap and then it immediately gets cut in half at once and then goes down. Bray gets up from the submission before me and hits the sister Abigail. I kick out of this shit pin mini game. Game freaks out that I hit this tiny sliver on the pin mini game to kick out and hits me with an punch that knocks me down. Computer drags me to the middle of the ring and 123. Fuck this game.

So unrealistic selling and cheap ai are a good match to you? I get why you love the series now theclosetfan. I cant wait until you can get stuck in a revolutionary crawling mechanic loop on PS4 where the ai can beat you non stop mercilessly until they pin you. Its an all new engine with new glitches plus some of your returning favorites. They purged the old base code to give you an even glitchier experience. With 100% more slowdown.

Based on this thread I just grabbed the ps3 version from Redbox. I'm only keeping it 1 day, so in which mode are you getting the most glitchyness? I don't want to waste my time in inferior modes.

The submission thing is the resiliency perk some wrestlers get. Lets you get out of pinfalls/submissions easier. One time use if I recall.

I'll gladly do the hobbies I want, pal. I'm clearly more invested in these games than you as I've actually spent money to rent this game compared to you who hasn't. Maybe instead of just saying how great the series is and how great the current gen version will be, why don't you actually play the game?

The WWE license was bought by 2k in February 2013. They've had almost 2 years to plan and release a current gen version on PS4/XB1.

You're invested in your hatred of Yuke's, your criticism and negativity towards literally everything related to this game, and your desire to see it fail so you can gloat about it. It's your perogative of course, I just don't understand it. If I hated this series as much as you do I would have moved on by now. Why dwell on it?

I've never said this is a great series. I've said there are ones I like and ones I don't, but you clearly won't accept that level of nuance. It's all or nothing.

I hope that with 2K's money and Visual Concepts talent that the PS4 version is a turning point for this series. If it's not and I feel ripped off, I'll pop back in here and say "Bobo was right!" Until then I'm just going to be open-minded. I hope you can understand.

I don't hate Yukes. I hate the horrible product they put out. If they made a game that didn't have glitches out the ass, proper selling, ai that wasn't cheap, decent graphics, and fun gameplay I would love the game. Unfortunately they put out a horrible product. Its nice to have the unadulterated hope you have, even after seeing the leaked gameplay from August. Do you still believe in Xanta Claus too?

Complete shot should work. I think there's also a more updated one but I can't remember what it's called in the game.

Also I hope that's something they actually improve in the future. The movesets are so overwhelming to go through. Just a list of hundreds of moves with vague categorization and frustrating names. A lot like the create a story mode. No real way of knowing if a cutscene will support 12 lines of text except to accept the 2 minute loading times to see if it's what you want.

I'd like a better way of sorting it, but I'm afraid 2K will read this as "take them out".
 
This 360/PS3 version is hella disappointing, simply due to it being the same exact game with the same glitches and none of the gameplay upgrades of next gen. and Sting looks atrocious. the game is still fun though. Bobo is weird. he hated it months before release, rents it and continuously plays seemingly only for the purpose of bitching about it here. and no, renting something you knew you were going to hate is not being invested. $2 at redbox is not being invested LOL.
