Also the Ascension aren't fucking buried. They've been jobbers since they debuted, being the last team to be eliminated at a ppv even if it's by default is probably the best they've looked.

Problem with SD tag division is that simply put, there's too many jobbers, even if they had ample booking time I struggle to see the likes of Vaudevillians and Ascension cutting the mustard.
Basically Smackdown's weakest wrestlers are all part of that division and right now there's not enough folks on smackdown to make new teams with.

What do you expect? They haven't pushed at all since AA won the titles a couple of months ago. Usos, Heath and Rhyno they can certainly go, but Vince hates tag team wrestling. None of these teams have an obvious singles star for him to push to the moon so he ignores it.

The Mickie vs Becky match should've been closer to the main event, only decent thing so far. The problem with the Tag Teams is that no one ever believed Alpha was going to lose, is the Asuka paradigma they have down at NXT or the stupid Charlotte PPV winning streak, it sucks the tension out of everything.

And the Dolph thing, jesus, I'm still shocked by the fact someone thought that whole thing was a-ok in this day and age. That shit was not about just wrestling.

Their booking has been the tag-team equivalent of Roman with 0 mic time. It's another example of something working on NXT because they have a build (rag-tag team that ended up being amazing) where as on the main show they have nothing.

I think it's been a fine PPV so far. I liked the tag team turmoil match. Not every match has to be 5 stars. I appreciate seeing the entertainers out there. I don't think I have ever "hated" a match.
