When the crowd started up the "USA" chant, I was waiting for Hasan to jump ALL over that and tell them "Yes, exactly, I *AM* an American and I'm glad you support me" or "You stupid morons, I AM an American" or anything to that effect, but he didn't. :\ Beating up JR and the King doesn't do much for me, either. How about letting the guy actually WRESTLE someone? 
Good ending to the show; furthers the Batista/Evolution split and did a good job of "hiding" why Michaels was in the referee uniform (he's reffing a dark match taking place between Triple H and Orton after RAW).
Speaking of the "USA" chant, why do the crowds start it up during matches when all the wrestlers involved are from Canada or other countries? I never understood that. :lol
I like how the women's division is now comprised of like four wrestlers, and we only ever see two of them (Lita and Trish) on shows anymore. I couldn't believe MOLLY actually wrestled on RAW. And OH BOY, Trish vs. Lita for the title for the 287372737th time at the PPV? CAN'T WAIT. :\

The show was good, but I really enjoyed the commercial for the Rumble, where is was a take on West Side Story, with the Jets and the Sharks. HHH looked hysterical in his getup. Actually they all looked funny. I liked that alot.

Actually, it looks like they are doing the Batista/Evolution split like they should have done the Orton split. Letting it happen slowly, letting Batista be a tweener for awhile and let the fans turn him instead of rushing and doing it yourself.
The entire show was awesome.. they did a good job with the beat the clock things.. I honestly thought they might put Christian or Eugene in the elimination chamber.. especially Eugene because they could have pushed the Edge gets screwed again angle. Im glad they didnt, but I thought they might.
I also marked out a bit when Shelton Tboned Trips. I knew there was no way Trips was getting left out of that match, but I still wanted Shelton to beat him..
The only thing that pissed me off was the special ref. When coach said 'that has to be the speicail ref' I was hoping that Bishoff would come back with the "No, thats HHH's opponent". I wanted the special ref to be a real surprise like Steamboat, Stone Cold, Hollywood Hogan, etc. I was pretty sure there was a 99% chance it was HBK and a 1% chance it was the Rock.

On Hassan, there is supposed to be a point where he will become a sympathetic character. That was the idea in the beginning atleast. Maybe Lawler is going to go overboard in this debate and drop some racial blasts.
As far as the Chamber match, I am trying to think who will be the first one eliminated, Jericho? Can't be Benoit, he has to make the final 3 or 4.

Yeah, Jericho's the guy who somehow doesn't fit into the big formula. I see him being the first eliminated, followed by Edge. The final 4 will be Orton, Benoit, Batista and HHH.
Something tells me that HBK is there as a reason to have HHH win over Orton at the Chamber without making Orton look too weak so he can then fight HHH at WMXXI for the belt.

yeah, I think an HBK turn is in order. I think he's going to join Evolution.
I also dont get why everyone is pissed off about him as the ref. Last count I had he, Benoit and Y2J were pretty chummy. He got hurt before Orton turned completely, so I could see that being an issue.. and Edge 'cost' him the title at that vote for the match PPV. And trips is trips.

Yup, and they're building him into a legit monster too. But just wait for them to fuck it up. It's inevitable. I just liked how he squashed Rhyno, playing to the crowd with the "one more" chant, and still stopped the clock quick. Batista is a beast.dskillzhtown said:

I think it would have been more exciting if we only knew who three of the EC wreslters were (which would be the three fighting over the title...Benoit, Jericho, and Trips), and then the matches from RAW involving Orton, Jericho, and Batista could have been a more "anyone could win" type of feel than they did. Alternatively, they could have had some other wrestlers initially in the match and lose; it would have made Batista look like even more of a monster if he DESTROYED someone in a very short time.
Isn't that the first time Triple H beat Shelton Benjamin? :lol It would have been awesome if Shelton won; they could have done something on next week's RAW to get him back into the EC match. Same thing with Edge.
