At the arena during the smackdown taping earlier this week, they aired an ad for an HBK vs. Flair match in about a month. "Legend vs. Legend" they called it. Obviously, since the HBK vs. Hogan match has been booked as "Icon vs. Legend," HBK is going to beat Hogan at summerslam and "win" the title of Legend. Not that he wasn't already a legend. :lol

I didnt see it when he FIRST debuted but are you talking about his "ground and pound" style where he would pick a body part and just work it mercilessly? That was pretty good. Then he went face and decided hey I dont have to try anymore.

Here's a good storyline. Christian pulls a paul heyman and says I quit, due to Smackdown's horrible booking of him. He leaves in a limo and shows up on RAW 2 weeks later. Then Edge and Christian reunite. They win the tag belts like the first week, then Christian wins the IC belt from Carlito and Edge uses his money in the bank and takes the belt from whoever currently holds it at that time. Damn they'd be the most dominant pair in wrestling right there. Oh, and they return to their old E&C personalities, too, of course.

I have a OVW DVD of him. Has some Batista, Brock, some Cena footage. His style was way different. Better than now, IMO. Not sure if WWE wanted him to change his style or what but if they did that, they made a mistake.

I thought it was known that the WWE always "insist" on you using a certain style and fighting a certain way. Even recently they tried to dictate how Juventud should wrestle, what moves he can/can't use and that he couldn't take is suspenders off... *rollseyes*

High impact stuff really don't go over well with the management.

Pretty soon its gonna be all weak punches and kicks(now make sure you dont come within 2 inches of making contact boys) and headlocks and no actual wrestling moves. Plus every performer will be wrapped in 4 layers of bubble wrap just to make sure they dont get hurt.

Then the next step will be to outlaw matches all together and turn it into an actual soap opera.

No I didn't miss it! I was just saying, the irony would be HHH being the world champ by then if he does return at Summerslam, bumping Cena out of the main event for Unforgiven, since of course the card could always change. Anyway, I know, I sound confused :lol
