I played through the first one alone. I got tired of my dumbass friends always dying or getting stuck in shit and they only made the game harder.

There still being mum about what exactly the WiFi play will be, though I imagine Ad-hoc. From the interview it looks like they have something else in store for the multiplayer though.

I brought the first one to work for 3-4 weekends straight and it's the best co-op game we ever played here.

Hey don't worry, I blame it on my friends. I have no luck playing any co-op games with them it always turns into one of them grabbing up all the items and ignoring fighting, one getting pissed and trying to physically hurt the one stealing all the items and one trying his damndest to get the rest of us killed. And I played them all, FF:CC, Champions of Norrath, Xmen Legends and Zelda Four swords. I always give up and just play single player when no one is there.

This should look pretty good on the PSP screen, but the Xbox version is in 720p.

The console versions aren't really cel-shaded either, though they look more cartoonish than these PSP screens. The visual style is definitely toned down from the garish look of the first game.

It would be great if you could transfer your save and play it on the go, then go back home and upload your save

I think Climax Landers for the Dreamcast had this, but PSP > VMU
