oh no :lol :lol :lol
"The party of the year" -- That was the statement whispered among entertainment industry insiders and celebs Nov. 16 at a private party celebrating the launch of Xbox 360. At a private home in the Hollywood Hills, Snoop Dogg, Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas and Wilmer Valderrama (pictured here) hosted guests from the worlds of TV, film, sports and music. DJ AM spun tunes while the crowd got to play the line-up of Xbox 360 games. An Xbox insider said, "Sugar Ray Leonard chilled out poolside. David Justice was like a little kid on Christmas and all he wanted was 'Perfect Dark Zero.' Matthew Perry said he lost his soul, but that didn't stop him from playing 'Project Gotham Racing 3.' Greg Grunberg from 'Alias' freaked out when he heard his own voice in the game 'Condemned: Criminal Origins.'"

Not really surprising to see Matthew Perry there. I remember when PS2 first came out and they were super-expensive, he had like 5, presumably he had that many houses to put them in or something.

Pfft. The competition needs to counter with *REAL* stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael Douglas, Charlie Sheen, Tom Cruise(!) and stuff next year. :D

The fact that I'm gonna have to try like hell to get one and may come up empty, while this whore has one...yea that makes me bitter :lol

I want one of them metal carrying cases ....they hold anything more than just the system and cords/power brick? i assume not since the 360 and brike are pretty big, not much room for anything else.

I just find it stupid that rich people get stuff for free while poor people have to pay for stuff.

Charles Barkley said it best, when he was poor no one would give him crap. Once he got rich, he didn't have to pay for a thing.

Backwards system!!

Wow free Xboxes for people who make a shitload more money then me. That makes me feel great about waiting in line all night.

you assume wrong!

they should wait to do this shit either on launch day or after. how are you gonna screw so many paying customers claiming shortages and then just give away shit to people who can afford to buy anything they want.

I remember one time our general manager got in an argument with our district manager because the DM was driving a van that was in short supply and customers were waiting in line to buy the things. here he was driving one when he could be driving any other model in Hondas line up at the time knowing full well that dealers were having a hard time getting them.

thats kinda how I feel when I see celebs getting these things before anyone else. I dont mind so much that they just gave them away but the fact that they did it before launch when there are supposedly shortages.

Paris looks soo...something I dunno. Maybe it's the way her head is always tilted or somethin when she takes pics :lol

I don't think MS would give away that many systems for free.

They probably paid for them.

Nah they're free, the benefit of being a celebrity. Sony's actually given several celebs some sort of Playstation card where they can call a number on it and have whatever Playstation related products they wanted delivered to them.

Ehm, of course they would give them awat. It's all about PR. Famous people using their system, and everybody wannabe lik 'em.

And when I think about all the money MS spent just SELLING the Xbox's for a low price (considering manufacture-prices etc), giving a bunch of XO's away's just a little, tiny, itsy-bitsy drop of water in the sea.

I SAID WOW!

i wonder why ms would put pictures of celebrities carrying out all the systems they can hold while the rest of the public cant even get a system thanks to shortages

way to win people's hearts MS

it still boggles the mind that celebrities.. who are rich as fuck and could buy anything they ever dreamed of... constantly get free electronics and shit.

Yeah keep saying that. I'm sure you don't want me to quote you on the part where you whined like a little girl when it came to paying $10 for a new gamertag.
